- January 25, 2023 Dr. Kay is great, I wish the front staff had better etiquette. 8 out of 10 phone calls go to message lines. If you are calling about appointments and select that then you usually get the call answered. If I hear one more time, sorry I am alone I might scream. Last visit there was 2 gals at the front, the girl to the left had her window closed with the sign to go to next window, I noticed she made a call to a patient. When I came out, her window was still closed and after a few minutes she did check-in a patient waiting I just feel more professionalism from the front staff is needed.
