I could barely understand the man who made the appointment with me originally. He was rude when I asked him to repeat himself because he was so quiet, or spell the doctor's name, or confirm the address. This is why I rated the visit 8 overall. MacKellar get's a 10 from me.

- December 20, 2022 I liked Caroline, but she was rushed. She explained that they had a case that had come in that threw them off schedule, and I can understand that. But how is my case any less worthy of her time? On a positive note, Caroline seemed very professional and knowledgeable. I liked her bed side manner. I would have liked to not feel so rushed though, after an hour's wait from the scheduled appointment time.

- December 10, 2022 I was taken in my room greeted by someone who called me. I told her how much I weigh that morning and she started waving her hands and loud voice. I just tell r=them you refused. I didn??t refuse I was just Eli t her what I weight that morning but she just kept on saying I refused. When told to pull of coat was not nice she had not given me time in the room to get sitter for my vitals. She said I??ve have to remove my sweater to take my blood pressure I pulled up my sleeve. She said my sweater was bulky and she would take it with that kind of sweater. Then ask me what I was there for. I told her return check up UTI following a hospital visit. Told me I wold need a test??? I started to tell I had and she smartly said, I have it in my hand. I don??t know how they let the provider know when there finished but I check my chart while I waited on the doctor and she had me checked in and out before the doctor came in. It??s was as bout 30 or minutes before the doctor came in, she was very nice but when I left she gave me a number to call for a urologist and got a referral. I find this strange. If I need to go to a urologist I would think that they could get you in before me call with no referral. I have not been treated right and expressed that to administration.

I found her to be very attentive and thorough. She seemed to be generally concerned about my issue and in helping me to deal with it.
