- 8 oz. cream cheese, fat-free, softened
- 4 oz. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 4 each apples, 2 ¾” diameter
- Place cream cheese and brown sugar in bowl of mixer with paddle attachment. Mix cream cheese and sugar thoroughly.
- Add vanilla and combine.
- Cut apples in wedges and serve with cream cheese dip.
