Blueberry Banana SmoothieIngredients

  • 1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 cups frozen blueberries
  • 3 each bananas, coarsely chopped
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup crushed ice
  • 2 tbsp honey


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth. 
  2. Serve immediately.
