Herb Baked ChickenIngredients

  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 2 tsps. salt                          
  • 2 tsps. paprika
  • 2 tsps. thyme, dry
  • 2 tsps. oregano, dry
  • 2 tsps. basil, dry
  • 20 each chicken, bone in


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all of the spices and herbs into the oil.
  3. Place chicken pieces on a sheet pan.
  4. Brush chicken with herbed oil.
  5. Bake in the oven approximately 40 minutes until chicken is fork tender and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Transfer chicken to hotel pans and hold at 140°F or above.
