Roasted Carrots


  • 12 carrots, peeled
  • 3 Tbs olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 Tbs fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Slice carrots diagonally into pieces.
  3. Toss with all other ingredients.
  4. Arrange on a sprayed baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 25 minutes. 

Serving size is 3.
