- 12 carrots, peeled
- 3 Tbs olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 Tbs fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice carrots diagonally into pieces.
- Toss with all other ingredients.
- Arrange on a sprayed baking sheet.
- Roast for 25 minutes.
