- March 8, 2020Once again I have confidence in Dr. Kutcher. I believe he is the best or I would not be with him. He helped my father in-law and now he is helping me and has done so for about 26 years now. I highly recommend Dr. Kutcher. I tell people all the time about him. You all should be proud you have a doctor like Dr. Kutcher. I never will forget the first time he reviewed my case he had three options. He said he would pick the best for me out of the three. I thank God for what he did for me.
