Grilled Shrimp SkewersIngredients

  • 1 tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 10 medium or large jumbo shrimps
  • 2 tsps. Spice Delight all Purpose Essence 
  • 4 Skewers soaked for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Assemble 5 shrimps onto skewers
  3. Rub oil on both sides of shrimp.
  4. Dust spice on both sides of shrimps.
  5. Let marinate for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  6. Grill over medium heat for 3 minutes per side or until shrimp are pink
