- Inpatient Hematology/Oncology

- Antibiotic Support Team (stewardship)
- Repeat rotation of any required experience
*Rotation duration to be determined by the resident, preceptor and RPD based on the resident’s past experiences and interests
Required Longitudinal Learning Experiences**
- ICU Recovery Clinic (48 weeks)
- The resident will work towards independently leading visits with patients in the multidisciplinary ICU Recovery Clinic to aid in medication access and optimization in the post-ICU care setting
- Clinic is scheduled once a week in the afternoon; the resident is expected to attend at least once a month, unless their rotation schedule that month or patient scheduling does not allow
- Leadership, Medication Use Process & Order Set Management (48 weeks)
- The resident will work with critical care pharmacy leadership to gain exposure to administrative projects, committees, medication use processes, medication safety events and leadership principles
- Starting in August, the resident will meet monthly with the critical care inpatient manager to discuss leadership topics and will be intermittently assigned projects throughout the year
- Pharmacy Practice Experience (50 weeks)
