Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.
Patient Comments
- March 16, 2023 It was the first time for me to meet Dr Argenta(I have used several providers there in the past) She was very pleasant, listened to what I had to say about my condition and together we decided on the treatment I am sure,I will see her again, if the need presents.
- March 15, 2023 Only reason we visit this hospital is to see Dr. Argent a if she moved somewhere else we wouldn’t visit again.
- March 2, 2023 She LISTENS
- February 22, 2023 Very helpful!
- February 21, 2023 The care and concern was very important to me.
- February 19, 2023 I travel from Greensboro NC to High Point to be treated because this clinic is excellent.

- January 11, 2023 Dr. Argenta invested quality time prior to my surgery to explain the procedure, possible findings and what each recovery path may look like. She was attentive and compassionate in my follow up visit.
- January 11, 2023 Good
- December 19, 2022 Dr. Argenta was great! She took the time to address any questions I had and to explain the procedure and techniques she would use. She was personable and approachable and demonstrated compassion in her interactions with me. AA+
- December 7, 2022 Dr Argenta has a wonderful bedside manner. She listens, clearly explained my options and provided alternatives when I was clearly upset about one of the options.
- December 4, 2022 Caring dr
- November 19, 2022 Very caring and kind.
- November 9, 2022 Very personable and discussed all options clearly.
- November 7, 2022 Dr. Argenta Listens to my concerns and explains everything very carefully. She also explains the options and future options. I am very reassured by her care for now and in the future.
- November 1, 2022 I had 3 very terrible wounds and she had healed each of them to the very best she could over the course of approximately 12 ish months. I have ongoing care needed which 2 of the wounds are lifelong ones however I feel in excellent care with Dr. Argenta and feel extremely fortunate to have found her to help me.
- October 5, 2022 Very thorough and explained the next steps in my care. Felt like she took the time and answered any questions that I had. Very felt that I was being rushed out or she had to get to another appoint.
- September 18, 2022 Dr Agents has the whole package that a dr needs. She not only listens to our concerns and explains things she also pays attention to a precocious 3 year old and is true Ky concerned for her and wants the best for her.
- September 8, 2022 Dr. Argenta listened and cared about my needs. Her expertise helped in future treatment.
- September 1, 2022 Dr. Argenta??s kindness and understanding of my situation was such a relief. Another Atrim Doctor, Kenneth Parrish, of Hickory, used very poor judgement in what should have been an ???easy?? surgery! His lack of care and refusal to see me after my incision broke open, led to a more dangerous situation which led me to seek help at Atrims Baptist Hospital. Dr. Argenta was very professional and did not speak negatively but, was compassionate to the reality that the wound I have was made worse by Parrish??s decision not to use a drain on such a large cavity left by the large lypoma tumor. I was nervous Meeting Dr. Argenta, but very much put at ease by her immediate connection with me and why I was there.
- August 27, 2022 Dr Argenta probed for pertinent info, listened to my history & my concerns, & gave me input into the ultimate treatment plan. Not only professional ; highly competent, but also friendly & engaging. If I needed ongoing wound care in the future, I'd clearly be inclined to seek her out as my Wound Care physician.
- June 27, 2022 I fought a Stage IV pressure ulcer for 2+ years - including dozens & dozens of trips to the Atrium Wound Care facility in Pineville, NC & one failed muscle/flap surgery. Dr Argenta was able to fix my wound where no one else - & I mean no one - was able to help me.
- May 27, 2022 And how concerned he is about your health thank you prayers and what they do to take care of when I get home and might be
- May 26, 2022 She is awesome and goes the extra mile to explain everything and listen to questions. So glad she was here for me.
- April 28, 2022 Explains everything very well, is caring and is a great surgeon.
- March 27, 2022 Very caring and concern this guy's face in her carrying and she asked your opinion and let's keep you informed and what's going on and her plan for you keep up the good work
