Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.
Patient Comments
- February 14, 2023 Dr. Bateman is known in the medical and family AD arenas in NC as being the best in his field. We traveled and spent two nights to be available for the all day testing and it was worth our every effort. We now have answers and an expert to guide us with a difficult diagnosis. He, as well as all in the neuro field, have no magic but we know we now have the best care possible. There is no doubt Dr. Bateman will be at the forefront of any possible future treatments that can make a difference in care of this awful brain disease. Baptist is fortunate to have him and his team. We are thankful.
