Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.
Patient Comments
- October 26, 2023 Easy to talk to and answered all my questions.
- September 20, 2023 Dr. Couture is a very good doctor, but only getting 10 mins with him after waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes to see him is completely unsatisfactory. Nevermind the time it took to find parking, load my son in the stroller, walk to Janeway Tower, stand in line to show my photo id.
- September 16, 2023 He is awesome
- August 28, 2023 Dr. Couture is very good in his field of expertise. If I should have to have this surgery...He is the man.
- August 14, 2023 It has taken 2 yrs and change of doctors and nurses to finally have a plan to clean up and repair problems that someone else created
- June 17, 2023 Dr. Couture is a very caring doctor. He took time to explain my son’s diagnosis and treatment options. He made sure to answer all of our questions. He was very thorough.
- May 29, 2023 Open mindness, full disclosure, friendly, concerned, and quick to react to current problem
- May 4, 2023 Very pleased with our choice
- April 4, 2023 We would highly recommend this doctor. He listened intensely and uses easy to understand terms.
- March 19, 2023 Dr. Couture always takes time to show me my MRI scans, discuss the results in detail, answer any questions that I have, and is not rushed. He includes me in my plan of care and keeps me updated. He is always very courteous, caring, and professional.
- January 18, 2023 He listens ,explains, and shows he cares without making me feel rushed for his time. Compassionate.
- January 9, 2023 I feel confident knowing he will be informing me of progress and next steps.
- December 28, 2022 I felt he took time to listen to my concerns and symptoms. A plan of care was established. He made sure I had no further concerns or questions. I am a healthcare provider and often witness patients treated poorly. This was the opposite and I would highly recommend him and his staff. Knowing patients are in good care.
- December 22, 2022 Excellent physician and communicator
- December 5, 2022 Attentive to questions and concerns about upcoming surgery. Explained everything and made us comfortable knowing we were making the right decision
