Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.

- June 23, 2022 He answered all my concerns
- June 21, 2022 Dr Case has always listened to my concerns and validated them. He explains clearly what is going on, and in my opinion, offers sensible quality of care options. He makes a neat incision as well. ??
- June 16, 2022 Besides listening, he made plans and implemented them to see that my condition improves.
- June 13, 2022 Was very through.
- June 9, 2022 Dr. John Case is a wonderful surgeon. On my initial visit, he listened to me and my medical history. He then advised me of the course of treatment I should expect, and he also told me of the condition of my knee. He advised a total knee replacement. I concurred and the surgery was set. Dr. Case performed the surgery and I am recovering at a faster pace than anticipated. He is a very fine Surgeon and has a good bedside manner.
- June 7, 2022 Dr. Jordan Case really is concerned about me, and my recovery from surgery. He will listen attentively to how I am feeling, any problems, or challenges that I may be having, and to any suggestions that I may have concerning my rehabilitation. There is some awesome CMAs that works with him, too!!! Great service, and team. Blessed to be taken cared of by them all!!!

- April 24, 2022 He listened to me.
- April 20, 2022 Mr. Jordan case is a good doctor but is worried about protocol then looking after the patient and he is quick to say or ask like because of the protocols that everybody he sees will become a drug addict because of pain medication I don’t understand your thinking which I’m not a doctor but I know how I feel and I stress these two the doctor in like he’s told me it’s his opinion which I thought it would be all about your patient but I guess Them times of doctors worrying about more about the patient then protocols are over
- April 19, 2022 He answered all my questions and truly cares about my well being
- April 15, 2022 Everything about visit was great.
- April 14, 2022 While he listened and was helpful in his responses, he didn’t examine my specific request. Our pediatrician had concern about a hip click. He probably gave me an adequate answer but did not assess the hip at all. I know we were there for another injury and this was an extra request, but it felt incomplete.
- April 11, 2022 GREAT DOCTOR AND VERY CONCERNED

- April 6, 2022 My replacement is working better than it could have.
- April 2, 2022 The nurse who called me back and showed me to the exam room was undoubtedly the most unfriendly nurse I have ever encountered. Atrium/WFBH nurses have always been the best. Maybe she was having a bad day, but if not you need to move her to a noncontact position.
