- May 17, 2022 Alyssa is an amazing and caring asset to Atrium health. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and cares about my health and well being. She goes above and beyond her job description. I am blessed to have her as my new primary.
- May 13, 2022 I needed to retrieve my immunization records for school. I came in and signed a waiver and or consent for my medical records from another provider on April 13th. I left a phone number since I did not recall the address. On my appointment date May 2nd when I inquired about the documents I was informed by the NP that it was not faxed because “I” left out the address; even though I gave the front desk the number that I had. I exclaimed “this is almost a waste of an appointment” instead of an apology that the staff never contacted me she said “ well if you want, I can give you back your forms and you can leave if you want “. She did not show one ounce of sympathy even though I came two weeks ahead of time to get everything ready to have my paperwork done seeing as it was time sensitive for school. I came to the office every day there after and there was always an excuse from the front desk, I have recordings on voicemail where the nurse never received paperwork or faxes were not done. Absolutely, the worst experience I’ve ever had collectively from a health care team. I intend to let everyone know how poorly I was treated and look forward to an investigation of this clinic.

- April 25, 2022 Though the NP was new to me she was familiar with my chart and medical history. She explained things in a way I understood and was very thorough addressing all my needs and questions.
- April 21, 2022 1st visit with this provider. I know the problems I have had with test results is on office staff and not provider.
- April 15, 2022 Not impressed at all with my visit. Said I may not need Dr. note for work. I was hurting bad and I have a very physical job. I worked and my condition has gotten worse because of it. Put I was morbidly obese in notes. I’m fat and overweight but not morbid. Did not follow up after X-rays to let me know what or how to care for my problems. Lacks empathy and not a pleasant person. Almost like she’s there for a paycheck only.

- March 20, 2022 She is cold, uncaring no compassion. She stares at you like she could go through you. Not one bit of a smile even when she walked in the office. Everything I asked was NO. All she cared for was a Hospice consult. I’m not ready for Hospice. I told her I haven’t been eating or drinking, she noticed the weight loss, but said NO to appetite stimulant. Then charted I’m eating and drinking good. I know I’m terminal but don’t throw me to the side and let me suffer when there is something that can maybe help for a bit. Sorry but she’s cold!!!
