Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.
Patient Comments
- March 10, 2023 Very professional
- March 2, 2023 He is ok
- November 17, 2022 He is always friendly, explains everything in ways I can understand
- November 16, 2022 Nurses were kink and friendly and they remembered me from my last visits.
- November 12, 2022 Mike Farris is one of, if not the, smartest doctors that I have seen. A fantastic all around individual.
- November 5, 2022 Dr. Farris listens as well as explains.
- November 1, 2022 The tracking system evidently faulted. Staff mentioned it was not ideal.
- October 16, 2022 My only concern is that Dr. Hart and Dr Farris had different opinions on the path to defeating the cancer. My guess is that will be cleared up after the conference between the doctors and the remaining test results come in.
- October 3, 2022 He??s a great & caring doctor.We need more like him.
- September 29, 2022 Excellent service. Made me feel special
- September 26, 2022 I feel very blessed to have Dr Farris for my care. He goes above and beyond!
- September 15, 2022 Dr Farris is an excellent doctor. He is easy to speak with and is always concerned about the way I feel. He also makes sure if anything concerns me I can speak with him anytime. Excellent Doctor!
- August 5, 2022 easy conversation, "nothing exciting" his comment about the scan, understated, but calming. I am comfortable about the entire incident, and feel confident to return if neede, or if I have new results with the next CT.
- July 7, 2022 Dr Farris is a caring person and takes time to explain what??s happening with your body!
- June 10, 2022 Excellent Doctor! He has an excellent personality, very knowledgeable and takes very good care of me. He's concerned about me. Not just about the cancer/radiation. He's always making sure nothing else is of concern for me. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
- June 7, 2022 Dr. Farris took the time to explain what was going on. He took his time explaining. We were very pleased. We would recommend him to other people.
- April 30, 2022 Dr. Farris is wonderful. He is compassionate and caring, in addition to being a wonderful radiologist. Definitely would recommend him if you need radiation.
- April 28, 2022 Dr. Farris is always considerate, compassionate, & professional.
- April 27, 2022 Extremely knowledgeable, very compassionate, good listener. He has a comforting presence.
- April 3, 2022 Dr Farris is very confident in his approach to your health condition!
- March 26, 2022 Very helpful in explaining and very caring.
- March 22, 2022 I think the cancer team doctors need to see more of the person rather than the scans, notes and what procedures can be performed. They keep saying that my husband came from the VA. He did not come from the VA. That tells me that someone wrote a note in my husbands record that does not pertain to him. Makes me wonder what else is wrong in his note. Dr Farris was not eager to remove the cancer diagnosis from my husband's chart. I understand that the CPT codes need medical necessity diagnosis codes but it is obvious now that my husband does not have cancer and so that C diagnosis code should be removed from his chart.
- March 21, 2022 If I could rate him and his team higher than a 10 I would!!!
