- April 19, 2023 Did not appear to be listening. Talked about her stress, the number of days she had worked and her upcoming vacation. Did not really appear to have much interest in me or my problem. Notes written following visit were not accurate, put in things she discussed that were not discussed. Told m e what she would recommend if test were negative, Put something entirely different in her report. I was disappointed when I left there and angry when I read her summary.. I will never be desperate enough to see her again.

- March 30, 2023 I really like Michelle Hilliard, PA-C, she took her time talking to me. Gave me different options how to proceed. She explained everything that is going to happen in my future procedure so I completely understood.

- February 16, 2023 She was professional but friendly. Listened to my concerns and basically told me to be patient and not panic because of the labs and tests were going to take some time. She answered my questions as well as she could.
- February 14, 2023 Michelle explained to me about what my options of the procedure were..She left the final decision up to me but she explained why it would not be really necessary to have the procedure. It was very interesting to find a person who would take the time to give me a reason and explanation of why it would not be necessary.
