- August 9, 2023 Kevin listened to my issues and even made huge effort to get my vision checked the same day. He set me up with an initial neurologist visit and stated he wanted to follow up with me to see what will need to be done. Honestly I appreciate the respect to search for answers before prescribing medicine.
- August 8, 2023 Kevin Jones is extremely knowledgeable, listens, and does what he says he will do regarding any follow up needed about any concerns and health care. He made sure my BP was taken manually after previous visits concerns about automatic BP machines compressing arm too tightly and high inaccurate readings. Always able to suggests solutions to concerns that I am comfortable with.

- August 1, 2023 He wanted to add medications that my regular provider and I had previously discussed as unnecessary. Tended to discredit my concerns about medications I was already taking. Mainly I was wanting lab work to confirm my suspicions, which ultimately it did.

- May 17, 2023 He questioned what I was telling him was wrong with me, acted like I didn't know what was wrong with myself. I told him exactly what was wrong with me and I told him I have been dealing with sinus/upper respiratory stuff since I was nine years old. I had to ask him for an antibiotic, he acted as if he didn't want to give me one! I'm the one who knows my body better than anyone up there! I have to be bad to go to the Dr. I do NOT plan to ever see him again, if I have a choice!
- May 17, 2023 Kevin seemed uncomfortable and very unsure of himself. I was pretty sick and may have come across as a little gruff, but that is not who I am. I think he did listen to me and did the best he could. He seemed to be Inexperienced and lacked knowledge. I will not see him again!

- May 3, 2023 If the survey went higher than 10 I would give him the highest rating above 10. Most providers these days push drugs, most of which have very harmful effects rather than offering healthier solutions for the patient. Mr. Jones listens, includes the patient in solutions, answers questions, and educates appropriately. He actually cares about his patients.

- March 3, 2023 Felt he did not listen to my concerns. He told me reschedule with him or Dr 6 months. Receptionist could not because he wrote 1 year. On my wake portal he had 6 months. He also had how he went over my meds explained them and side effects and interactions. He never mentioned this. I told him about my hearing crickets all the time and feel fluid. He looked in both ears. Never said a word about them. Asked him to check my hormone levels. He asked why. I told him stomach weight gain due to menopause. He said had menopause 20 years ago so no need. That the only thing that happens with menopause is you just stop having a period.
