Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.

- August 23, 2020 Dr. Keating is by far the most caring, concerned, and respectful doctor I have ever met. Although I had to wait a month and a half to get an appointment with her (Covid) the wait was absolutely worth it. Not only did she address all of my concerns her attention to detail was incredible. She answered all of my questions and even asked me questions that prompted things I had forgot to tell her. The testing I went for from her referrals were quick. The labs came back the next day, and she messaged me with all of my results that very next day. She is truly provides high quality care, and I'm so grateful that I was able to establish her as my primary care physician.
- August 17, 2020 Dr. Keating is always wonderful in the appointments and so very caring. Always giving great instructions and options to help me along my health road.
