She is straightforward and quick, yet doesn't seem like she's rushing off to get to the next patient's appointment. She has a great personality and actually talks to her patients like they're people and not just a number.

My thanks to her and the schedulers for that. Perhaps that was the reason for the hurried encounter which did cover all the bases as far as I am concerned.

- October 29, 2022 A CT scan was ordered by Dr Morris and performed. I was later advised by Dr Lovette to go to the ED for a MRI because it was after hours. I specifically asked. I walk into the ED, they know I am coming, and I just get the MRI. I was told yes. I got to the ED and was advised it was up to them if I get an MRI or not. After 10 hrs, ANOTHER CT scan, DUPLICATE blood work, that I advised the ED the office had performed earlier in the day, and it was finally decided to go ahead with the MRI. I could have waited until the next day to get the MRI. I can't wait to get this wonderful unnecessary bill.
