Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.
Patient Comments
- June 21, 2021 *Dr. Rosenbaum is a careful listener and always has excellent communication skills re: his assessment and recommended treatment plan.
- June 12, 2021 Dr. Rosenbaum is very professional, kind and compassionate. I have the upmost confidence in him handling my medical concerns
- June 1, 2021 I am convinced in my heart that I am in the right place for my care because of the people that I encountered during my visit
- May 24, 2021 My experience with the care provider was very good. He was very polite, friendly and easy to talk to.
- April 12, 2021 *Dr. Rosenbaum is the best. Easy to talk with and shows compassion.
- March 27, 2021 I felt very confident having Dr. Rosenbaum inject my knee with cortisone. He fully explained the risks and benefits and let me make the decision. It worked very well and though I know it is not a permanent fix, I certainly feel better and have regained the use of my knee. One week I couldn't walk, the next I'm dancing.
- February 16, 2021 *Dr. Rosenbaum laughed at my dumb jokes.
- December 24, 2020 great job
- December 1, 2020 Dr Rosenbaum was most pleasant during my appointment and took great care in advising me about restarting a medication. He was very thorough in evaluating my shoulder pain; in diagnosing a rotator cuff problem, and in making clear recommendations on a course of treatment. As usual, I was most satisfied in the outcome of my appointment with Dr. Rosenbaum.
