Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.

- January 19, 2023 The nurse who tended to me and obtained my vitals deserves special recognition as well. I am sorry I did not notice her name, but I must say she will very compassionate and helpful also. In my view, she went the extra mile to gather the necessary information about my condition and she took a little extra time to listen. It was obvious that her level of compassion and service originated in her heart! It certainly made me feel valued as a patient. The compassion piece is an important part of the overall experience. I can tell you, not every medical professional l that I have encountered in this journey of life has left me with that feeling. Please extend my gratitude to her. I left the clinic on Tuesday feeling like I received exceptional care. I must add this. I have been a patient @ Baptist since around 1982-83ish.. I have gone to office visits @ the Piedmont Plaza since you opened the joint in probably 1987-88ish. Ok, the place is clean and adequate, but overall, it is a dump. It's time to spend some loot and update the building. Thanks for asking and for listening!

- December 17, 2022 He listens well, explains things simply, prefers to fix things rather than treat things.
- December 17, 2022 Dr. Rosenbaum had a very good bedside manner, listened to me, and gave me alternatives.
- December 15, 2022 Dr. Rosenbaum has been seeing me for 30 years now & I hope he'll continue to see me until one of us retires!!
- December 15, 2022 Dr. Rosenbaum and his team took great care of me offered me treatments for the future should my diagnosis return
