Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.

- August 15, 2020 Dr. Aaron Scott was recommend as a Dr. who could give me a second opinion a real evaluation on an arthritic left ankle. I met Clark his 2yr resident, a very pleasant young man who understood my situation, right away, asked good questions, took a look at the ankle and calf muscle. We both could talk openly about the condition of the ankle. I was very appreciative of the time given by both Clark and Dr. Scott. Dr. Scott examined the ankle, saw the most recent x-rays and notes, I also brought along a bone density, my primary Dr. thought this would be helpful. I could not have asked for more, it was very helpful, again so very grateful for both Clark and Dr. Scott time.
