Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. She explains your test results in an understandable way and answers any questions you may have. This demeanor is very consistent with each visit which means a lot to me.
