About Me

I am a board-certified cardiologist specializing in cholesterol management and prevention of cardiovascular disease. After completing fellowship training at Massachusetts General Hospital / Harvard Medical School, I served as Director of Atherosclerosis Imaging and Associate Director for the Center for Preventive Cardiology at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, OR. My clinical practice is dedicated to the evaluation and management of patients with or at risk for cardiovascular disease, with a specific focus on Familial Hypercholesterolemia. I am deeply committed to helping people embrace healthy lifestyle, understand their options with regards medical therapy, and attain the highest quality of life and health as possible. My wife, Grace, and I live in Winston-Salem with our two children. In our spare time, we enjoy traveling and hiking.
