Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.

- February 1, 2023 There was a woman at the MRI (served as a receptionist?) who was kind above and beyond. I wish I remembered her name, but she saw how distressed I was and did everything she could to help me get back my composure. I always tell people that as a school principal I can handle almost anything .. . . well, the MRI proved me wrong. I spoke with Dr. Triozzi about it and he recommended that the next time I have an addovan, or some such medication first.
- January 28, 2023 Dr. Triozzi exudes confidence in his ability to address any number of concerns. His affable demeanor goes a long way to reducing the stress of the experience of concern treatment. Each visit is a conversation with me rather than at me. Though it is his expertise, all decisions seem to be arrived at together, not as directives. Bringing the patient into the decision-making process helps us feel we have a hand in our recovery.
