Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.

- March 22, 2023 Dr. Wolfe is an absolute Angel! She has been my rheumatologist for 6-7 years now. I’d been having numerous issues with my rheumatological disorders since December. Dr. Wolfe has remained in constant contact via My Wake Health. We had to discontinue one medication due to drug induced lupus and wait several weeks to start another. I had to reschedule my return appointment due being Covid +. Unfortunately, this moved my appointment out several weeks. When Dr. Wolfe saw an opening in her schedule, I received a call offering me the opportunity to come in for a sooner appointment. I was very grateful for this opportunity. Dr. Wolfe spent a great amount of time reviewing my progress, med changes, what to expect, and most of all offering her encouragement and support. She’s definitely one of a kind and I’m blessed to have her as part of my treatment team!!

- July 19, 2022 I never feel heard when I come in for visits. As a matter of fact my concerns are completely ignored. On my last visit I listed a number of diff things happening with me as far as flare ups, chronic pain, etc and was told that I??m not doing all I can because I hadn??t been wearing sunscreen. Sunscreen! I practically had to beg for steroids to get me through. Every time I complain of something I??m always told it??s not lupus related, only to find out that it indeed is. Just because I??m not rich doesn??t mean I don??t deserve competent help.
