Braised Cabbage and PotatoesIngredients

  • 2 tsp. Smart Balance
  • 1 medium green cabbage, diced
  • 1 medium red onion, diced
  • 2 tsp. Spice Delight all purpose essence
  • 2 cups medium diced Yukon Gold potatoes
  • ½ cup vegetable stock


  1. In a large pot over medium heat add the first 4 ingredients listed above.
  2. Sauté for 10 minutes until vegetables are tender. 
  3. Add stock and potatoes and simmer for 5 minutes until potatoes are tender.
