Parmesan Panko Crusted TilapiaIngredients

  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tsp. Spice Delight All-Purpose Essence divided
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 lb. Tilapia fillets


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a shallow dish mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan and 2 teaspoons Spice Delight All-Purpose Essence; set aside.
  3. Rub oil evenly over Tilapia; dust both sides with remaining 1 teaspoon Spice Delight All-Purpose Essence.
  4. Dredge Tilapia in breadcrumb mixture to coat both sides.
  5. Place fish on an oiled rimmed cookie sheet.  Bake 20 minutes or until fish is flaky.
