Post Workout Fruit Smoothie

 Fruit Salad or Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced papaya
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. clover honey
  • 1 cup 1% low fat cottage cheese, no salt added

Instructions

  1. Throw all ingredients into a blender, add 2 scoops of your favorite vanilla whey protein powder, 10 ounces of fat free milk, and a couple of ice cubes, then blend until smooth.
  2. Freezing pre-cut fruit ahead of time is a great way to make perfect smoothies
