It is incredibly flexible to allow you to pursue areas you’re most interested in, while also ensuring you still have a broad understanding of the organization. It is one of the oldest Administrative Fellowships in the country, so everyone is very familiar with your purpose as a Fellow. This makes navigating the projects and rotations of the Fellowship much easier. Wake is also unique in that it has both an adult and children’s hospital onsite and has 3 unique community hospitals, allowing you to learn in many clinical settings. You can also get exposure to our robust research and academic operations, which can be hard to achieve in non-academic settings."
