    • January 20, 2021Good.
    • January 14, 2021good
    • December 4, 2020Well explained procedure.
    • November 23, 2020*Dr. Case is very personable. Clear in explaining possible complications. Performed a successful partial hip replacement due to a fall in my home. Glad he was on call at High Point Wake Forest Baptist Medical on 9/14.
    • November 20, 2020*Dr. Case took care of my problem and is a great doctor.
    • October 28, 2020sister was with me. Had to ask questions in order to understand what he was doing. Did not volunteer any on his own. Answered questions only if he was asked. Seemed to be in a hurry. Had to ask if we were ready to leave. Just said if you have problems call.
    • October 27, 2020All staff was Great
    • October 23, 2020He is an A+ Dr. in every way!!!!
    • October 22, 2020My shoulder has been a major issue. I am 2 weeks since surgery and it is better now than before surgery.
    • October 12, 2020dr case and his team are great.
    • October 5, 2020Took excellent care with me, took X-rays and showed what happened when I fell, explained all very well and will have me back in two weeks to recheck broken bones in shoulder on how the healing was going.
    • August 26, 2020From my initial meeting with Dr Case over a year ago, he has shown extraordinary appropriate interest in my injury and my healing process. He listens to me and never makes me feel as if my questions or concerns are anything but legitimate and relevant. His demeanor is calm and somewhat quiet (though not timid or silent as some drs can be), but always empathetic and interested. We converse. He doesn't lecture, he explains. He does not talk down to me nor dumb down his explanations. He speaks with authority, but doesn't use a lot of medical terminology that might be unfamiliar to me. (If he uses a term for a muscle or procedure, he then follows up with an explanation re what it is and then is open to discussion or any questions or need for clarification from me.) When I have asked about different medical/surgical approaches friends have had to the same procedure I had, which he did not perform on me, he readily explains why he has chosen a different course of action. (Example: one friend had knee replacement in outpatient. Another friend has leg/knee manipulation, then surgical extraction of the broken scar tissue.) I ABSOLUTELY HAVE FULL CONFIDENCE IN DR. CASE, HIS JUDGMENT AND HIS ABILITY. And I am not easily impressed by many physicians I've encountered over the years.
    • August 21, 2020Outstanding doctor.
    • July 30, 2020I couldn't ask for a better experience.
    • July 28, 2020Dr. Case did a great job during each of my visits.
    • July 27, 2020very good at listening and explaining
    • July 22, 2020Again a 100% satisfactory experience with ALL I came into contact with.
    • July 15, 2020I love my care provider! I have great confidence in his ability, and also his knowledge of the latest and fast treatments for my situation. He has high standards and works with me so that I can achieve postoperative results that are better than the norm. I'm very grateful that he doesn't sit back and settle for good enough.
    • July 13, 2020All good ! wish we could have gotten MRI quicker!
    • May 21, 2020Care and treatment that was over, above and beyond! Thank you Dr. Case
    • April 28, 2020*Dr. Case is knowledgeable & competent.
    • April 25, 2020Dr Case is as good as it get for Shoulder surgery. He told me I was a head of schedule for recovery. I graduated, no more follow ups

    Why No Ratings

Currently, not all doctor ratings and comments are available. The number of rated physicians will increase over time.
The more ratings a provider receives, the more accurate and statistically reliable the data is. Providers with less than 30 ratings may not have patient ratings listed on their profiles.
To learn more about this survey process, visit our about the survey page.
