About MeI am board certified hematologist with a special interest in providing chemotherapy and cellular therapy to patients with multiple myeloma and other blood cancers such as acute leukemias and myelodysplastic syndrome. I completed training at the University of Florida where I was awarded a research fellow of the year and held positions on the UF Cancer Center Scientific Review and Monitoring Committee and Peer Education Committee. At Wake Forest Baptist Health, I am excited to provide patients with multiple myeloma options for treatment from an evolving field of standard of care therapies and opportunities to participate in clinical trial therapy. I also provide consolidation therapy with autologous stem cell transplant. Additionally, I perform allogeneic stem cell transplants for blood disorders and cancers.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, hiking in the North Carolina mountains and making things in my garage workshop.
