Throughout my PGY1 residency, I have had the privilege of learning from exceptional preceptors, caring for a diverse patient population, and working within a collaborative interdisciplinary environment that continually challenged me to grow as a clinician. The support, mentorship, and commitment to resident development I experienced during my PGY1 year reinforced that Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is exactly where I wanted to continue my training.

When the new PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacy Residency Program was announced, I was immediately excited about the opportunity. Solid organ transplantation is an area of pharmacy that I am deeply passionate about, and this program offers the unique chance to continue learning from outstanding transplant pharmacists while further developing my clinical expertise in a highly specialized field. Equally exciting is the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a new residency program that represents an incredible addition to the pharmacy training opportunities at Wake Forest Baptist.

I am confident that this program will continue to challenge me, support my professional growth, and prepare me to become a well-rounded transplant pharmacist while contributing to the future of transplant pharmacy services and resident education.
