This special event supports the Heart Strides Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist High Point Medical Center — a vital resource for individuals recovering from heart and lung disease. Through expert-guided exercise, nutrition, counseling, education, and behavior modification, Heart Strides empowers patients to reclaim their health and independence.
Every step taken during the Heart to Heart 5K helps raise awareness and funds for cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation services that change lives.
