- November 24, 2020My main concern was the sore throat I have had for 2 weeks on the date of service. I wanted a swab test but was not given one. I did receive drugs but sent a message this morning stating I still had the sore throat and received no call or email. Tammy Boyd called in an allergy pill which I will not be taking as this is not allergy related and I should have been swabbed to see why I have a continual sore throat. Guess I need to go somewhere else. Yes I am very upset at this time. I did not feel I was being listened to and this is the first time I have felt this way. Normally Dr. Boyd listens and she should know by now I only mention items that have been occurring for an extended time period. I do not complain or mention items that come and go.
