Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.

- January 13, 2023 Dr. Cramer is a true asset to your health care system there and is a shining example of how a Dr. should listen to and respond to their patients. With my daughter on the phone, Dr. Cramer took all the time needed to answer any and all of our concerns about my upcoming procedure. She never made us feel as if we were a bother, or, that she needed to cut us short in order to carry on her other scheduled duties. That meant a lot to us given this Gama Knife treatment for my brain tumor is a very concerning matter. Since my visit, I've had more questions which I relayed via My Chart and she answered them fully the very next morning. Dr. Cramer is truly a shining example of how a Dr. should deal with any patient.
