Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.

- October 22, 2022 It was not a good first time visit. He kept watching his phone almost the whole time. He did ask if I had questions, and didn??t discuss anything other if I said anything. Silence was in the room. And then as we was leaving the room, he told his assistant, we can finally leave. Again I felt worse than I did when I came in. Very disappointed.
- October 11, 2022 Well he came in the room and did not introduce himself so I didn’t know his name. I asked him how he was and he was upset that he couldn’t spend more time in the OR he said. I felt like a burden by sitting there taking up his time. He yawned throughout our entire conversation. I felt awkward like he didn’t want to be there. He did answer my questions and explained the pros and cons of the two procedures best for me so I did appreciate that.
