- April 12, 2022 I know you are busy. I know you are trying to find some kind of model to limit health care costs. It was not my experience that e mail following a major surgery, particularly when the responses to emails comes from the doctor's nurse's assistants who have never had any interaction with me. I stopped writing in total frustration, feeling like no one at Wake Forest cared a bit what happens to me.
