Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.
Patient Comments
- September 17, 2023 Dr Rocco is the most fantastic person I have met in my 78 years.
- September 16, 2023 I find Michael Rocco courteous, pleasant, and informative. He has been helpful. making sure i have the right information. always takes time to explain how to get to my next scheduled appointments. i think early on in my visits, the problem was mine - of not wanting to be at Wake Forest - and my anger or resentment that i had an illness. So my dissatisfaction at having to be there was a problem for me.
- September 16, 2023 He is the BEST
- August 30, 2023 I was really pleased with Dr. Rocco's detailed explanation of the blood work that had been done prior to the visit and his follow up on the urinalysis test that was done after the visit.
