- January 18, 2023 Check out and appointment making process at end of my visit was terrible. Much confusion and the electronic tag system was not functioning properly. I strongly dislike that tag system and check out process and it could easily ruin an otherwise good experience.

She took the time to listen to my concern even though it is not related to the purpose of my visit???.a nagging cold. She asked me questions and figured out what it may be. She recommended that it might be a sinus infection and not a cold and to take Claritin. I took her advise and it only took 1 day and I was well. Before meeting with her, I have seen with 2 doctors and 2 NPs in an Urgent Care and they were all recommended the same thing but didn??t work. Even prescribed an opioid to help me sleep at night. But, Sandy ???fixed?? my problem with 1 casual conversation. She is an asset to your team??????????????????
