Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.

- December 16, 2022 I feel like I received the best care possible
- December 15, 2022 I find it amazing how you don't ask about the biggest problem: The parking! It is interesting that these surveys grade everyone except the administrators/head of the hospital, and it is precisely these individuals who have created a terrible parking situation. This has many effects on the healthcare of the patients. I know administrators feel they are above critique, but it might help to have survey questions that are directed at their performance.
- December 10, 2022 Skilled and caring physician.
- December 9, 2022 CARES VERY MUCH FOR HIS PATIENTS AND IS THERE FOR HIS PATIENTS , BY LISTENING , AND LISTENING TO HIS PATIENTS, THERE ARE NOT MANY PHYSICIANS THAT DO THAT THESE DAYS

- June 26, 2022 Great surgeon who genuinely cares about his patients
- April 5, 2022 Dr. Waters was perfect
- April 3, 2022 Dr Waters I feel is a great surgeon but it doesn't stop there. I've had issue not of my making, so I'm not a success story. I would like to be fixed. He did explain to me it would be a slow process but I assume a functioning slow process but you know what they say about assuming. I just need him to listen. Every time I point out something he dismissed it and I end up in the hospital. ????
- March 30, 2022 Dr. Waters is the definition of professional - skilled, brilliant, kind, caring and focused on each individual patient.
