- Pharmacy Practice Experience (PPE) (50 weeks)
- Cardiology Ambulatory Care (100 hours)
- 26 clinic half-days per year
- Cardiology population health patient review/clinic
- Management of LVAD patient warfarin
- Precepting and Teaching (50 weeks)
- Optional teaching certificate
- Didactic Lecture at Wake Forest University Physician Assistant Program
- Pharmacy Grand Rounds (Pharmacotherapy Continuing Education Program)
- Journal Club (at least 4 presented to preceptors throughout the year)
- Student and resident precepting
- Clinical Research (50 weeks)
- Presentation of research at American College of Cardiology Scientific Sessions
- Medication use evaluation, P&T monograph or new service implementation
- Cardiology Pharmacy Practice Management (50 weeks)
