How to Schedule a Vaccination Appointment
Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist has COVID-19 vaccination and booster appointments available for eligible people ages 6+ months.
First dose: Use online scheduling, myWakeHealth or call 336-70-COVID.
Second, additional primary or booster doses: Call 336-70-COVID or search for a vaccine provider near you.
Who Is Eligible for Vaccines and Boosters?
Primary vaccine series: Everyone ages 6+ months should get a COVID-19 vaccine primary series. Learn more about pediatric vaccines.
Additional primary doses: People ages 6+ months who are moderately or severely immune compromised should receive additional primary doses as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Talk to your doctor to find out if additional primary doses are right for you or your child.
Boosters: Everyone ages 5+ should get at least one booster dose. Updated boosters that offer additional protection are now available. Use the CDC's COVID-19 booster tool to find out if and when you (or your child) can get a booster.
