Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.

- January 26, 2023 Doctor was very nice. We are grateful for the news we got at this appointment but complete opposite of the news from the last appointment. From first appointment was forwarded on to do MRI to prepare for surgery before second appointment. At second appointment we’re told no surgery (good thing) but MRI was not needed. MRI was not cheap and we waisted the offices time and our money on unnecessary testing that should have been scheduled right after second appointment.
