- February 15, 2023 She was very attentive and thorough during my exam. She carefully went over my MRI and other information and explained it in language I could understand. I was very comfortable with Mrs. Triplett. She allowed all the time I needed to ask questions. I would highly recommend her to any patient that needed her.

- January 29, 2023 Very pleasant & helpful. Ordered X-Rays to compliment MRI & CT Scan. She wishes to cover all details of my difficulty with walking. Had difficulty walking from her office to radiology. Would be nice to have transport.

- January 6, 2023 She is very professional yet friendly and compassionate. She listened to my problem and started the process to help me as I was in a lot of pain. Then, part way through my PT She had a phone visit to ask me how I was progressing.

- October 21, 2022 I have been in a lot of pain since the beginning of September. I saw a GP and he took x-rays and referred me to the neurosurgery department. I couldn't get into see anybody for a month. Doctors don't want people to take opioids but then when someone is in severe pain it takes so long to get an appointment. This has nothing to do with Heather Triplett it is about the hospital. Heather Triplett is top notch and an asset to the department. Most important Itrust her.

- May 26, 2022 I was very thankful she took the time to show me my MRI and explain it to me where I could understand. Also her concerns with my symptoms not matching the MRI results is exactly what my PT & I have been concerned about as well, there for it gave me an automatic confidence in her decision to order additional X-rays. In fact my PT had stated that she was curious about the same thing and would love to see X-rays in different positions.
- May 26, 2022 Heather listened to my concerns. She answered all my questions and not once did I feel rushed like so many other Doctors offices. I left feeling confident and relieved that my health concern was not what I thought it was. I left with a smile.
