Support groups can be an integral part of the healing process. The staff of Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center is happy to help you connect with resources throughout the region.
The Office of Patient and Family Relations of Wake Forest Baptist is responsible for providing assistance to patients during their stay. Members of the Patient and Family Relations team act as advocates to address patient concerns and grievances to resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Advanced care directives are specific instructions, prepared in advance, that are intended to direct a person's medical care if he or she becomes unable to do so in the future.
Help completing these documents is available during regular business hours through the Department of Chaplaincy, 336-716-4745. After business hours, or in urgent situations, call the Nursing Office at 336-716-3418.
