Within Atrium Health, we use survey results to better understand what is important to our patients and how we can improve healthcare experiences. The overall Patient Rating score comes from the questions on our Medallia Patient Experience Survey. Responses are measured on a scale, where 0 represents "very poor" and 10 represents "very good.” Those scores are shown as 1 to 5 stars on the provider’s profile.
Patient Comments
- March 18, 2023 Dr. Kat has always been very professional, but she also realizes that special need patients have many issues and not being able to move around is one of them. Chelsea has rods that cause wounds if she is in her chair too long bruising will start and if not confined to her bed for a week or 2 she will end up with a wound again which takes months to heal. She has been thru enough, doesn't need not to feel well.
- February 28, 2023 We have worked with Dr. Kat for several years. She is very professional as well as very knowledgeable. She takes time to listen and to explain things making it a pleasure to work with her.
- January 28, 2023 Dr Kath is a good doctor. She takes time to address all my son’s needs. She takes times to explain stuff to me and makes sure she involves me in his care plan. I always feels comfortable talking to her about my son and she is a good listener.
- January 24, 2023 Dr. Kat is always very caring and listens to any concerns or questions we have! She provides encouragement and expert opinions that we need!!
- December 26, 2022 We always enjoy our visits with Dr. Kat. She is a great listener and really cares about what we have to say.
- November 22, 2022 A very good physician and provide good quality care
- November 13, 2022 Wait time to see provider too long.
- November 6, 2022 We have always had good appointment visits with Dr. Kolaski. She takes the necessary time without "rushing" us to explain conditions and solutions to our understanding. If we have questions or concerns outside of "appointment times", Dr. Kolaski promptly returns our calls or answers our Emails.
