Treating and preventing pediatric obesity is not about cutting calories and increasing exercise. In this 5-part series, developed by the pediatric weight management experts at Brenner FIT®, participants will learn new, effective skills to help their patients and families make positive health changes in a safe, kind and family-centered way.

  • Identify different forms of pressure and restriction around feeding and activity.
  • Employ strategies to remove pressure and restriction from parents and children so that they can enjoy eating and moving together.
  • Build skills and tools that will help parents to lead their family in making successful health habit changes with feeding and activity.
